BCC Brown Bag Event!

Join us for a Brown Bag session you can't afford to miss! Paula Kennedy, representing the WA Professionals Protecting Design Freedom (WA-PPDF), will speak about the proposed legislation regarding interior design and explain the WA-PPDF stance on the bill.

Who: Paula Kennedy, WA-PPDF (WA Professionals Protecting Design Freedom)

When: WED, 28 JAN, 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Where: BCC, room L113 (the crit room)

Topic:
Why Interior Design Legislation is not in your best interest.

For those who aren't familiar, the state legislature is currently considering a bill that will establish a practice act for interior designers. It will define the term "registered interior designer" and limit the scope of services that non-registered designers may provide.

It is in your best interest to learn as much as possible about the legislation, hear both sides of the argument and decide where you stand. Please see the websites below to learn more about each side.
